Set designed for Meg Foley’s Match vs. Match performance. The wall begins off stage and glides onstage as the piece progresses. Eventually halving the stage space and mediating what the viewer sees, becoming a performer itself.

If you could stare endlessly into space, what would you encounter? Perhaps the back of your own head, as some physicists suggest? Plato believed that art is an imitation of an imitation, therefore all artists are liars. "Imitation of Infinity" responds to these conceits by overlapping them, inviting the viewer to participate and look through to the back of their own head, creating an endless relay of images.
